Why do people CLAIM to be Pro-Life, and then create Pro-Choice exceptions?

I think there are exceptions. I'm neither pro life or pro choice but i dont think abortion should be used as birth control method, which is what some people do. I think there should also be limitations on how far along the woman is when she gets it done. C'mon why wait 5 months or longer? I don't think it should be completly illgeal tho because people have their reasons, but there should be strict laws involved.
