Which will help me lose weight... raisin bran or Quaker oatmeal ?

Oatmeal is much better for you..especially if you are trying to lose weight. Cereal needs milk, and milk has fat and sugar. Get the plain oatmeal and add water, then this will really be healthier for you. Add some fruit with your oatmeal and you should be set!
