Logon.exe virus, help?

I have the logon.exe virus and I've been checking around on different websites. I can't start my computer up in safe mode and in normal mode I have a 60 second countdown til my computer turns off. I can't do anything within the 60 seconds at all. Any ideas? (It says logon.exe is missing)
