What do you think 'Virtual fence’ remains unused, three months after its scheduled debut ?

Yep, I live in AZ and we are extremely frustrated with the mess going on down here. It isn't just this "fence" but the others we were suppose to have. Finally, did you realize that the Nat'l Guard couldn't help patrol the border, they did admin work? Trust me, what they say we are doing isn't getting done. I really want to know what is going on with money they have spent.
