Allergy help please? Anyone?

I have always had some allergies, but this year it has been worse than ever. My lips and tongue swell up some, I have asthma, and worst of all I get a HORRIBLE runny nose and get extremely congested. My runny nose is so bad, that I get up in cl to blow it, and less than five minutes later I need to do it again! It's so embarring. I was wondering if there were any tips, or home remedies that would help my nose or other symptoms. Even medicines that would help. I have tried Clariten D which seems to work some of the time, and use an inhaled decongestant, but that doesn't really help the runny nose any. I think I'm allergic to pollen if that helps any.
