90 gallon tank want upside down catfish and guppies?

My goldfish recently died (r.i.p sammy bammy and hammy) and now I have an unused 90 gallon tank. I really want to get upside down catfish and those colorful guppies. Should I put other fish in with them? Can I even put them together?
