What historical data exists for Pro sports salary min/max?

I'm looking for historical data about salary min and caps (as far back as I can find) for MLB, NFL, NBA, etc. Anyone got a good place to look? Seems Wikipedia etc. only have recent data. I'm trying to see what the growth has been since the implementations of Collective Bargaining Agreements and the like in these sports.
