If im 22 weight 129 and am 5'5, would a 1200-1500 calorie diet, 15 min treadmill (highspeed), and 15min push ups sit ups, and a little kickboxing help me get rid of tummy and love handles, i was 100lbs before first and 130 before second (who is 5 mos) i want to be around 115-120lbs, anf firm, no 6-pac just flat tummy.
