Is Republican Governor Scott Walker's decision wise or made out of desperation?

Everyone has to make tough choices these days. We cannot tolerate the mindset that we can spend our way out of this mess as Obama thinks. Union workers tend to get paid more than there private sector counterparts and that doesn't include the fact that they pay little or nothing out of their pay for health care and retirement benefits. I'm having a hrad time feeling sorry for them at this point. they enjoy a lot of benefits that their union brothers and sisters who work for the Federal Government do not have. Walker is right on.
