Does it ever get easier to forgive betrayal?

Two months ago, my boyfriend got caught being an idiot. He had been talking to this girl, just texting, but it was definitely innapropriate conversation. Blah blah blah, I'm sure no one cares to hear about what he did to make me forgive him, etc......... does it get easier, though, to not want to look in his phone (don't worry, I know this is not only not an option but a stupid idea) or to not want to know what he's doing when he's not with me? I only think about it when we aren't together, but sometimes it just eats away at me.
