Do things like free trade agreements and World Trade organization undermine will of the people of USA?

Yes it has. People try to say bill clinton was behind NAFTA which he was but it was the republican controlled congress that was all for it and that is why it ped because the republicans like ruining America. Notice all the republicans that were in favor and voted for it distancing themselves from NAFTA and saying it was all clinton. I should say all republicans except the biggest idiot bush. bush didnt learn from his faters mistakes and lowered taxes anyway in a worse way(tax breaks for the rich only - those who dont need and caused a tax re-distribution) and brought us right back into the bush recession of the 90's. How did daddy solve this problem? he made a new tax and repealed some others.
